Name Reveal for South Bank’s New Theatre

Glasshouse Theatre is the chosen name for Queensland Performing Arts Centre (QPAC) newest venue, which will welcome audiences in 2026. 

Glasshouse Theatre will be the fifth venue at QPAC, making it Australia’s largest performing arts centre under one roof.

Name QPAC’s New 1500 Seat Theatre

The Queensland Government, through Arts Queensland is delivering a new theatre at QPAC. As construction nears completion, Queensland Government is seeking suggestions to help name the new venue.
 
Submissions close Saturday 10 May at 5pm, with the chosen name announced by July 2025.
