Brisbane Convention & Exhibition Centre (BCEC) are excited to announce some exciting changes to the management team.
Current General Manager, Bob O’Keeffe has now been appointed the centre’s Chief Executive Officer. Whilst current Director of Human Resources, Kym Guesdon, taking up the role of General Manager, only the second person to hold the position in the Centre’s 26-year history.
The Visy site in South Brisbane has been secured to house the International Broadcast Centre which will then be transformed into South Bank 2.0, as a legacy for the 2032 Olympic and Paralympic Games.
The three levels of Government signed the South East Queensland’s City Deal setting out priorities for the next 20 years.
