Board Of Directors

BSB is governed by a Board of Directors elected at each Annual General Meeting. Any financial member may nominate for a position on the Board, and Board positions are available to all categories of membership.

The Board meets six times a year to review strategic direction, review current and upcoming activities, make policy decisions, approve financial statements, and discuss and endorse recommendations and positions arising from subcommittees.
