BSB member Endeavour Foundation recently welcomed Rydges South Bank for the “Walk a Mile in My Shoes” corporate experience. This collaboration highlights the commitment of both organisations as members of BSB to the Sustainability Pledge by fostering accessibility, equity, and inclusion.  

The experience provided an opportunity for the team to engage directly with Endeavour Foundations supported employees, participating in tasks that highlighted the value of employment in creating belonging and purpose for individuals with diverse abilities.
