This session will provide information on how to manage change in your role and in the workplace by exploring the balance of staying focussed and disciplined with the mental and physical assets needed to perform at your best.

Queensland Ballet will take us through the session, sharing their key principles for developing resilience and providing some tips to adapt this to a corporate setting.
