Troy is a proud Aboriginal man from kamilaroi country north-west
New South Wales and Co-Founder of Blaklash Creative – an agency specialising in the curation of events, exhibitions and bespoke creative projects that connect people to positive experiences of Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander culture.

Troy combines his extensive community engagement experience spanning the government, not-for-profit and higher education sectors, with his curatorial practice, working collaboratively with communities to ensure First nations voices are embedded across projects within public art, placemaking, and urban design.

Troy was the first Aboriginal man to be accepted into the MIT Global Entrepreneurship Bootcamp receiving a scholarship to attend in 2017, was the Co-Founder of the Indigenous Startup Weekend initiative, is a member of the CSIRO Indigenous Innovation Alliance Steering Committee and an Alumni of the Wesfarmers National Gallery of Australia Indigenous Arts Leadership Program.

Troy operates his own business with wife Amanda, based on the corner of Melbourne & Grey St, South Brisbane. Blaklash currently have a staff of 8.
